Well the kids and I had a great weekend. We left early Friday morning to drive up to OK and the kids did great. We stopped at our half-way gas station and I fed them breakfast and changed their diapers. For the record we are now eating two bananas each for breakfast. My Nanna and Poppa met us at my parents to keep the kids occupied while I unloaded everything and got all of us settled in. The weather was so nice up there so we took the kids outside to play in the backyard. My aunt had gotten there by that time. We played for a while and then it was time for lunch. We had "Arby's", and the kids ate like pigs. Carter has been on a hunger strike for about a week and a half, but all was solved this weekend. He is back to his normal garbage disposal self. After lunch it was time for a nap. The kids slept great which was good b/c we had a busy night ahead of us. After nap we played for a little while, had a little snack and started to get ready for our big night. We went to the local hamburger place to eat some dinner and then it was off to the big high school football game. The kids did great! They made it until half-time and we didn't have one meltdown. Last year, Carter cried the entire time, so it went alot smoother than that! We headed home, bathed them up, lotioned them down, dressed them in their PJs and off to sleep they went w/o a peep. They slept the whole night w/o waking up once! Hooray! They woke up early, but that's OK, I'll take that. My Grandma Vicky and Nanna came over to watch the kids Saturday during the OU game, and they said they did great. They went for a long wagon ride, and played in the driveway with their "Little People" riding toys. They were still awake when we got home from Norman, so we got them ready for bed, put them down and again they slept the whole night. They woke up at 5:30, so we decided to hit the road home early. They slept until I stopped in Durant and then were peaches until we hit the driveway. So all in all it was a great trip. Here's some pics from our fun weekend!

This is the me and the kids exactly one year ago before an OU game, and then this year. I can't believe how much they've grown!
